LOLWUT.
Well, if they pull it off and the series' characters shine through, that's great.
But...(and I hope I'm not one of the few) I was hoping for a more multicultural cast. ...seeing as we've already seen main character actors for movie worlds like Lord of the Rings, most Harry Potter roles, Twilight, not really have a multi-ethnic cast.
I'm not trying to be overly judgemental, since this is just a preview or tentative update. Plus, it's Hollywood.
But Would have been nice to have an asian/biracial/multi-ethnic person play a main role. To 'represen't you know?
...Oh well. I hope Mr Shyamalan pulls it off.

I loves Dev Patel and most of these actors as actors, but I still don't habeeb it.

I like the costumes too though.
Well, as long as the story is written well , I still have hope for this movie. A good story can save even a movie with some careless casting.

But I totally agree, I'd much rather see this with a more varied cast in terms of ethnicity. It would give the film more authenticity.
