Wizard of Earthsea: Young Gedby *Isaia

I was feeling very UWAaa some time ago, but reading Ursula LeGuin's fantasy novel, "Wizard of Earthsea" made me relax and gave me visions of awesome.

So being of geek, I doodled (the foreshortening is UWA, but i'm tryin!

) young!Ged during his days of learning at the Island of Roke...and where rivalry, bitterness and pride later causes him do something that basically unleashes a ton of WTfudge upon himself. >_>;;;

LMao, I'm an earthsea fan now X33333333.

And I can't wait for the Ghibli film "Gedo Senki".

hello...did I hear the words "Ghibli Film"? A new movie from them!?!!? :does a dance: Do you know who is directing? I love Ghibli studios stuff, I've seen alot of their films....you're getting me worked up now! I'm going to have to read this novel, you're art is making me want to...

That's a great series you are referring to (and of course your illustration is great). The tale was unfortunately ruined recently with a televised production -- hope you never see it, because such awful movies can handicap an artist's own interpretation sometimes.
