Yeah.. it's Toph. and my concept for older!Toph (it's just an idea)

There are many ideas for how Toph might be when she's older, and this may just be one in a squillion ideas that everyone's already done, but eh, I had fun drawin it. Relieved stress and nervousness.

Kind of thought that maybe as she got older, she became determined to train with how much metal she could bend, how far she could bend it, endure it, and how powerful she would become, or how maybe she would teach other (maybe even other blind or disabled) earthbenders her style of mantisgungfuearth/metalbending or supahawesomes.

or something.

Tried my best to use the opportunity to practice with the pen tool and found out that merging layers EXISTED on photoshop lol. XP

Unlike mostly everyone and their mom in the avatar fandom, In the beginning, Toph wasn't exactly "my omg favorite character!!!!!!!!!!11 " when she first appeared, ( "*gasp* Isaia how could you?") but ahhhh she grew on me in the later episodes as she developed more, especially when she shows her vulnerability as a kid and as a fighter in different situations. A very cool contrast to the other female characters, and a kickass unexpectedly fresh character design.

Before, I didn't want to go and draw Toph all over the place, because I figured what would be the point if everyone was already doing it, and I couldn't even think of something..different for her, or if I couldn't get a feel of her character. Y'know?

Never knew how fun she actually was to draw, and this may just be the first part of something I'll draw of Toph. Mayybe. ^___^

Though after a while all the layers and inking and stuff really drove me up the wall @__@;;

So yeah guyz, this was just for fun, it's just an idea. I know it may be not what some people would expect "TOPH is supposed to look like later OMG" but then again, do any of us really know?

We'll just have to wait and see, yeah?

Because I sure don't know either ^^
