"Dream big and dare to fail! I dare you to do that!" - James Hetfield
I really like the way little Luke and Leia on the completely opposite halves become together with Padme...
The higher tragedy was that the films botched the emotional impacts of the main leads' decisions. Anakin was a whiny bitch who had the gravitas of emotion, but lost it in Episode II and I personally felt half the crap he did in the 3rd one was just plain stupid as it only served to make him want to be dead. Biggest thing they killed off Qui-Gon too early where he should have lived until at least the third one as Obi Wan was kinda forced. Padme was actually probably the best actor of them until the leads came about in the 3rd movie. For it being extremely predictable, I felt Anakin's mutilation into the dark side was imbecilic and an alternative should have him showing tendencies to being sociopathic from the end of Episode I and by II going into a grey area . The execution of Azula in Avatar is how it would be done, but when he goes insane , he goes insane. Killing his own wife in cold blood, whom was arranged to after he saved their world unwillingly, she is kept on support to deliver the children, with Luke being of high risk for illness. In between, Darth becomes more machine than man, in mind and in body which sorts a few of his thoughts. His good memories and traits are suppressed through brainwashing . With the risk of insanity , the boy gets in return boundless power and we see this issue in the next three films?
This piece is just plain said and good.
