As an artrade for who was awesome enough to draw Avatar Yilin [link]

She asked for me to make something with the Patchwork girl from the original Wizard of Oz books, and told me to do whatever I pleased and "be creative"

...

I could have drawn patchwork girl and painted it and that would have been the end...but I wanted to do something different

Patchwork girl...fabric....yayy
I love to sew, and I finally was able to put all the scraps of fabric and thread that I have all over the place, and that's how this alternative rendition happened. ^^;

My favorite part to work on was probably the face, I'd like to perhaps do more stuff like this in the future.

literally PATCH WORK

ahahaha this is unbelieveable. I LOVE the hands and face, and the braid, and its actually got buttons on it!! AND THE SKIRT HAS PLEATS ON IT TOO!!

Isaia, everything you do is above and beyond everything ever. Seriously, every piece of artwork you submit is a gallery-worthy masterpiece, I just can't comprehend all this amazing creativity!! Where does it come from!?

And to think you actually did it for little old me... :cries: Thank you so much.
