For those who might not get it...
Voice Actor Dante Basco = both Jake Long and Prince Zuko

Voice Actor Mae Whitman = both Rose and Katara.

And after watching both cartoons, you can see situational coincidences that are just plain funny.

(Avatar is owned by Nickelodeon, Jake Long is owned by Disney)

EDIT 7/17/2006 : not exactly avatar related but I noticed disney channel decided to pull a fast one and change the cartoon style of Jake Long.

Amazing picture and yes, I often imagine Zuko and Rose would make a great couple. They are both kick arse ninjas with tough missions. And yes, I also watch Jake Long and pretend the romantic lines are being said by Zuko and Katara, though if ZUko ever start spouting slang, so help me, I'll sick Ozai on him.
And PS, I think both are cute couples. I hope Rose and Jake get married and have lots of little dragons and begin stories with "Well, when Mummy was trying to slay Daddy and no, not for forgetting to do the dishes"

I must bow down to your skillz. I thought it was funny too. Dern me an my incapability of creating acceptable fan art! And Jake Long is pathetic compared to Avatar. I crack up every time I hear Jake talk slang and try to rap!!!!! Then evil images of Zuko doing the same thing flow through my mind and I cry out in horror.
